Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated 2000+ metres above sea level, and is know for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels. Altos Reposado is robust, yet pleasant, with tannins and citrus notes; a long and well-balance finish.

Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.
