Da Luca are proud to work with grape growers in Northern Italy to create their finest Prosecco. With wonderful peach and apricot aromas, it has a fresh zingy palate with just a touch of sweetness and a clean lingering finish.

Lioness of McLaren Vale is sourced from Angus and Helen Tuck's vineyard located in the subregion of Bakers Gully. Here mature Shiraz vines populate or perish, in the ironstone pebble laden clay loam, over ancient Kurrajong Formation geology, a silica cemented conglomerate most suited to grow Shiraz. After hand picking whole bunches of the Lioness of McLaren Vale in mid-March their winemaker Elena Brooks let the whole bunches ferment together in open top fermenters with ambient yeasts and hand plunging for 12 days, before basket pressing into some new (20%) but predominately older French Oak barriques, to the mature for a further 18 months in the same oak, before bottling without fining or filtration to capture the essence of the vineyard. Although ready to drink the Lioness of McLaren Vale will also reward cellaring and decanting.

The Lionheart of Dandelion Vineyards is their old vine Barossa vineyard. These ancient, gnarled vines, many over a hundred years of age, are not only surviving but thriving on their own roots in some of the oldest soils on the planet. In the last week of April whole bunches of Shiraz were hand harvested, then gently crushed and naturally fermented in open fermenters for eight days, hand plunged twice a day, before careful basket pressing into some new but predominantly older French Oak Barriques to finish fermentation. After 18 months maturation and a racking in the same oak, we bottled our Lionheart without filtration or fining, to capture the essence of the vineyard. Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart is ready to drink and will reward cellaring and decanting.

Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. A weighty, tropical palate is in perfect harmony with the crisp, acidic finish Marlborough is known for.

Deutz Marlborough Cuvee marries the best New Zealand grapes with traditional French Champagne-making techniques establishing a benchmark for New Zealand wine excellence. This is a fabulous wine, with a beautiful body balanced between the gentle sweetness of fresh Pinot Noir fruit and the immense strength of toasty yeast. The Devil's Staircase takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and bacchanalian delights. Here everything is pleasure, spiced up with a dash of naughtiness. The unrelenting environment tortures the vines whose twisted limbs produce wine worthy of absolution. These wines are sinfully succulent and devilishly good.

A reference point for quality in Kiwi Sauvignon. Dog Point is made by ex-Cloudy Bay experts and offers beautifully defined character, but nothing aggressive or obviously shouting. This Sauvignon Blanc is dry in style, complex and mouth filling. Aromas of gooseberries, nettle, melon, tropical fruit and citrus blossom are noticeable on the nose. Balanced acidity ensures a crisp focused palate, with good minerality and flavours of sweet ripe passionfruit and citrus. The finish is long and clean.

Aromas of dark berry and satsuma plum cleverly supported with spicy mocha, liquorice, vanilla, and pepper. The aromas are mirrored by the flavours on the palate with dark chocolate undertones and silky tannins in the background.
